The services are performed by VBRIDGE HUB PRIVATE LIMITED, a company incorporated under the provisions of Companies Act 2013, with its registered office at No. 12/A, Phase-1, Classic Orchards, Behind Meenakshi Temple, Bannerghatta Road Bangalore, Karanatka-560076, India. The services are provided through a marketplace where Users can identify each other and engage in discussion related to prospective business arrangements. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Terms of Service, vBridge Hub shall not assist in resolving any disputes which may arise in connection with services agreed to be provided between the Users.
RELATIONSHIP WITH VBRIDGE HUB vBridge Hub merely makes the services available to enable the Users to find and transact directly with each other. vBridge Hub does not introduce Users to one another or find potential projects for the Users. Though through the services provided, a User may be notified of other Users that may be seeking the services they offer. However, Users at all times are responsible for evaluating and determining the suitability of any project or other Users for their project on their own. If Users decide to enter into an agreement with other Users, the agreement is directly between the Users and vBridge Hub is not a party to that agreement. Users are solely responsible for (a) ensuring the accuracy and legality of any User content, (b) determining the suitability of other Users for a potential agreement (such as any interviews, vetting, background checks, or similar actions), (c) negotiating, agreeing to, and executing any terms or conditions of an agreement, or (d) paying for the services rendered in accordance with the terms of the agreement. You further acknowledge, agree, and understand that you are solely responsible for assessing whether to enter into an agreement with another User and for verifying any information about another User. vBridge Hub does not make any representations about or guarantee the truth or accuracy of any User Content on the Website; does not verify any feedback or information provided by Users about any other User; and does not vet or otherwise perform background checks on the Users. You acknowledge, agree, and understand that vBridge Hub does not, in any way, supervise, direct, control, or evaluate Users or their work and is not responsible for any potential transaction between the Users. vBridge Hub makes no representations about and does not guarantee, and you agree not to hold vBridge Hub responsible for, the quality, safety, or legality of the services provided by any other User; the qualifications, background, or identities of other Users; the ability of other Users to deliver services; the ability of other Users to pay for the Services; User Content, statements or posts made by Users; or the ability or willingness of any User to actually complete a transaction.
Your Acceptance

Unless repugnant to the context thereof, the term “User” shall also include any casual visitor of the Website. Any individual acting on behalf of a Start-up, IT Service Provider, Enterprise or Investor, hereby represents that he/she has the right, authority, and capacity to enter into this ToS on behalf of the entity and represents to abide by all of the terms and conditions contained herein.
Updation of Terms of Service
The Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify or replace all or any part of the ToS, or change, suspend, or discontinue all or any part of the Services at any time by posting a notice on the Website or by sending you an email. Your continued use of the Services following the posting of any changes to the ToS constitutes acceptance of those changes.
Eligibility
In order to access and use the Services or register a vBridge Hub Account you must be an individual and should be at least 18 years old and should be competent to get into contracts in accordance with the Indian Contact Act, 1872. Further, the individual shall have the right/authority and capacity to enter into this ToS on behalf of the entity which he/she is representing.
Registration and Account Integrity
When you use the Services, you will first be asked to create an account with us. As part of the registration process/for creating your account, you will need to provide us with the following information such as your name, the organisation you are representing, the url of the organisation’s website, mobile number, and your official email address. It is your responsibility to ensure that the information you provide is accurate, secure, and not misleading. You cannot create a username using (i) the names and information of another person; or (ii) using words that are the trademarks or the property of another party (including ours); or (iii) words that are vulgar, obscene or in any other way inappropriate. We reserve the right with or without notice to suspend or terminate any account in breach of the above conditions. Service Fees and Payment
The pricing details for subscribing to our Services for each category of User has been mentioned in the pricing section on the Website available at: https://vbridgehub.com/pricing. Kindly note that the fees paid by a User is a standard subscription fee and the User shall not be allowed any refund of the subscription fee on cancellation of the subscription. You understand, accept and agree that the payment facility provided by vBridge Hub is neither a banking nor financial service but is merely a facilitator providing an electronic, automated online electronic payment, receiving payment on delivery, collection and remittance facility for the transactions on the Website using the existing authorized banking infrastructure and credit card payment gateway networks. Please note that we cannot control any amount that may be charged to you by your bank related to our collection of the total amount, and we disclaim all liability in this regard. In connection with your order, you will be asked to provide customary billing information such as name, billing address and credit card information either to us or our third party payment processor. You agree to pay us for the order placed by you on the Website, in accordance with these Terms of Service If you are directed to our third-party payment processor, you may be subject to terms and conditions governing use of that third party’s service and that third party’s personal information collection practices. In case the payment service provider’s webpage, that is linked to the Website, is experiencing any server related issues like slow down or, failure, or session timeout, the User shall, before initiating the second payment, check whether his/her bank account/ instrument has been debited or not and accordingly resort to one of the following options: (i) In case some amount is debited from the bank account, credit card or any other instrument, ensure that he/ she does not make the payment twice and immediately thereafter contact vBridge Hub via e-mail or any other mode of contact as provided by vBridge Hub to confirm payment. Termination
The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Website and the Services with or without notice and to exercise any other remedy available under law including but not limited to in cases where:
- You are in breach of any of the terms and conditions contained herein,
- The Company is unable to verify or authenticate any information provided to Company by you,
- The Company has reasonable grounds for suspecting any illegal, fraudulent or abusive activity on part of such User, or

Once temporarily suspended, indefinitely suspended or terminated, the User may not continue to use the Website under the same account, a different account, or re-register under a new account. This release includes, for example and without limitation, any disputes regarding the performance, functions, and quality of the services provided to a User by another User and requests for refunds based upon disputes.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL COMPANY (NOR ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, SPONSORS, PARTNERS, SUPPLIERS, CONTENT PROVIDERS, LICENSORS OR RESELLERS,) BE LIABLE UNDER CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY, NEGLIGENCE OR ANY OTHER LEGAL OR EQUITABLE THEORY WITH RESPECT TO THE SERVICE (I) FOR ANY LOST PROFITS, DATA LOSS, LOSS OF GOODWILL OR OPPORTUNITY, OR SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND WHATSOEVER, (II) FOR YOUR RELIANCE ON THE SERVICE (III) FOR ANY MATTER BEYOND ITS OR THEIR REASONABLE CONTROL, EVEN IF COMPANY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF ANY OF THE AFOREMENTIONED DAMAGES. NOTWITHSTANDING ANYTHING CONTAINED HEREIN VBRIDGE HUB’S TOTAL LIABILITY UNDER CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY, NEGLIGENCE, BREACH OF WARRANTY OR ANY OTHER LEGAL OR EQUITABLE THEORY, SHALL NOT EXCEED INR 1,000/- (RUPEES ONE THOUSAND ONLY) OR AN AMOUNT EQUIVALENT IN US DOLLARS.
Governing Law
This Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India without regard to the conflict of laws provisions thereof.
