The challenge
The company had an immediate need to execute an Information Security Governance, Risk and Compliance (Infosec GRC) Gap Assessment and Remediation Project. Current security measures needed a comprehensive review to align with industry best practices and regulatory standards, and the project team had to ramp up immediately to meet compliance requirements.
What we did
vBridge worked directly with the Infosec Project Manager to understand the skill and project requirements, then matched the brief to two Infosec suppliers — one in the US and one in India. Together they sourced 3 resources in the US and Canada and 3 in India, delivering the global team of 6 within 4 weeks.
