The challenge
The company specialises in comprehensive testing solutions for academics and professionals and needed to optimise service operations to increase efficiency while reducing cost. They wanted to establish an offshore team to handle operational tasks, but were concerned about the expense and complexity of setting up a legal entity in a foreign country.
What we did
